Comte Alfred de Montfort (alias Alfred Boecker) is trying to establish his "not-existing" 2nd House Montfort in Germany resp. getting it state-approved.
He claims, that he is a Comte of the 2nd House Montfort l'Amaury. This house (the head is Rochus de Montfort alias Andre Zoll) does not exist, even if he tries to spam the whole internet (especially Facebook and Myspace) with a complete nonsense nobilitation from Russia.

This Wikipedia "thing" was a nice try, but a big mistake as well, because the Wikipedians did their job well, and denied his try to virtually establish the 2nd house of Montfort by an entry in the German Wikipedia.

Creative as Alfred B. is, he currently is trying to register the trademark Nr. 3020100230207 "Graf von Montfort" at the GPTO in Germany.
This try will also fail, based on absolute grounds. This application clearly shows, that he is going to make money with his false title. This is a crime in Germany. We will report him to the criminal prosecution for this, and, of course, we will oppose the trademark, once it is ever registered by mistake.

Here are some very interesting sources:

I) Elisabeth von Niebelschuetz (she seems to know the real German nobility) and Viktoria von Reventlow, which already spread the following information about the fake "von Montfort" on Facebook.
Both say, that the fake "Comte" is a former night club owner and bancrupt. His real name is Alfred Boecker from Hagen in Northrhine-Westfalia, Germany.

We don't know, if they have just copied the following article of the Maerkische Allgemeine Zeitung (MAZ) or if they have deeper insights.
All we know is, that Viktoria von Reventlow is connected with Gudrun von Habsburg-Lothringen on Facebook, and that Gudrun seems to be very real.

II) The most trustworthy source: We have spoken to the German archive of  aristocracy ("Deutsches Adelsarchiv", Marburg, Schwanallee 21). The clearly confirmed, that a "Second House de Montfort" does not exist.

III) Another absolute trustworthy source: According to the Newspaper Maerkische Allgemeine Zeitung, at least the head of the "2nd house of Montfort" (Rochus alias Andre Zoll) lives from social (called HARTZ IV). This was published by the MAZ on June 7, 2010 and is still unopposed resp. not enforced. Ergo, It is fact! 

It is about time, that the German justice is putting the fake Montfort's behind bars.

We have much more material and we are still continue to investigate.

We read on one of their websites, that one of the goals of this freaky organization is to establish the monarchy in Germany again. This turns them into a dangerous threat for the Federal Republic of Germany. Regarding this, we will inform the "Staatsschutz" (homeland security) as well.

The "new Montforts" are selling false noble titles on consultingdigital.com (you can see, that the certificates are signed by "Alfred de Montfort").

This is the true purpose of founding the "2nd house of Montfort" - making money!

It is a betrayal to sell false noble titles. If your ego needs it, you can become a "Graf von Montfort" for about EUR 30,00, but its completely worthless.
Almost the whole citizens in Germany are laughing about this "fake house of Montfort" (unfortunately, the rest is buying the titles ...lol).

We will tell you more, but at this time, a police investigation in Germany and in the United States is ongoing against this organization. We will not report until this is finished.
